BULLS eBikes is a popular German brand that is launching their e-bikes in the U.S. market at the Electric Bike Expo events in 2016!
BULLS is bringing a line of e-bikes that are good for almost any type of riding: commuting, touring, mountain biking, sand or even snow riding.

Trek Bicycle is now the official track sponsor of the Electric Bike Expo multi city test track event series!
In addition to being the track sponsor, Trek will also have their new line of electric bikes available for test ride at the Expo events.

As part of their Technical Certification Tour, Bosch will be providing dealer training at all 6 of the 2016 Electric Bike Expo multi city test track events.
Bicycle dealers from around the country are invited to attend any of the Expo events to obtain their Bosch Technical Certification.

I have recently returned from Eurobike in Friedrichshafen Germany, the largest bicycle tradeshow for the European marketplace, and I am happy to report that electric bikes were a major focus at the show!
A lot of the bicycle brands had electric bikes front and center in their display area.

“Easy Motion: The Electric Bike That Doesn’t Look Like One” has joined the Electric Bike Expo multi city e-bikes test track event series for 2016!
The Evo line of Easy Motion bikes have a very clean looking design because the battery is integrated into the downtube of the frame.
The motors are also relatively small in size and that combined with the “hidden” battery pack make these look very much like a traditional bicycle.

In more ways than one it has been a big week for the e-Bike Cycle Tourists.
Not only did we clock up our first 1000 kilometres of our overall target –now 1381 kms – to cycle in excess of 16,047 kms to set a new world e-bike long distance record, but we also made the much anticipated ferry crossing from Plymouth in the UK to Roscoff in France.

One of the recent developments in the electric bike and traditional bicycle world has been the cargo or utility bike.
Cargo bikes are designed to carry loads that are larger and heavier than a traditional bicycle can carry like passengers, many bags of groceries, boxes, etc.
Electric cargo bikes offer an additional electric assist to the rider which allows them to carry a heavier load for a longer distance.
The electric cargo bike in many cases is a great alternative to driving a car for running errands and commuting to work.
