This is a bike that is all about commuting, city cruising and all around fun! It has an upright position combined with the larger wheels and skinnier tires that make this a good bike for the urban environment.

The IZIP E3 Path is a European style commuter electric bike.
The 250 watt geared rear hub motor on the IZIP E3 Path electric bike.
The Shimano Acera rear derailleur on the IZIP E3 Path. Note that the motor is hidden by the gears making it look more like a traditional bicycle.
The IZIP E3 Path has Avid BB5 mechanical disc brakes front and rear.
The 24 volt 10 ah lithium ion battery fits under the top of the rack on the IZIP E3 Path.

The IZIP E3 Path pedal assist and throttle controls on the right side of the handlebar. The PAS/TAG switch allows you to select either the pedal assist or throttle settings.
The IZIP E3 Path has chain guides on both sides of the chainring and there is a chain guard on top. It is almost impossible for the chain to come off and this set up should keep your pants clean!
Slime tubes come standard on the IZIP E3 Path. They have sealant that will help prevent flats from small puncters.

Hi Pete, love your web site. Would like to have seen video of someone riding the bike and comments about the gearing and how it performs around town riding, up/down hill, etc. Keep up the good sharing. Electric bikes are the healthy future!
