2017 continues to be an exciting year for new electric bikes!

New Electra eBikes: Townie Commute Go!, Loft Go! 8i, Townie Go!

Here’s a look at the latest eBikes from Electra that include the Townie Commute Go!, Loft Go! 8i, Townie Go!. These all feature the Bosch mid drive eBike system.

eProdigy 750 watt Mid Drive Electric Bikes: Jasper, Whistler, Banff, & Logan 

eProdigy was at the 2017 Sea Otter Classic to show off their line of 750 watt mid drive electric bikes. The Jasper is their step thru commuter, the Whistler is their mountain bike style with downtube battery, the Banff is their comfortable and stylish step thru commuter, and the Logan is their 700c commuter with downtube battery.

New Fantic Electric Bikes: Seven Days eFat, XF1 Casa eMTB, Gravel X eGravel, XF3 Easy eMTB 

Fantic is an Italian company with a background in motorcycles and they have launched their electric bikes in the North American market. At the Sea Otter Classic they showed off a number of their eBikes that all feature the Brose mid drive system.

The Seven Days is the electric fat bike commuter, the XF1 Casa is their plus size tire full suspension eMTB, the Gravel X is their all around eMTB with drop bars, and the XF3 Easy is an eMTB for smaller riders.

Focus JAM² Electric Mountain Bike w/ Shimano E8000 eMTB System 

Focus showed off their JAM² and BOLD² electric mountain bikes at the 2017 Sea Otter Classic. Rich Kelly from Focus shows off the details of the JAM² full suspension eMTB with the latest Shimano E8000 electric mountain bike drive system.

The JAM² has an internal frame battery along with the option for an additional battery for nearly 800 watt hours of total battery capacity.

New Haro Electric Mountain Bikes: Double Peak, Shift I/O 5, Shift I/O 7, Shift I/O 9 

Haro just launched their 2018 electric mountain bikes that include the hardtail Double Peak Comp I/O, Shift I/O 5, Shift I/O 7, and Shift I/O 9. They feature the Shimano STEPS mid drive eBike systems.

New Riese & Muller Electric Bikes: Delite eTouring, Charger, Load & Packster eCargo, Nevo 

Erich Fuhrmann from Riese & Muller shows off their latest electric bikes at the Sea Otter Classic.

In this video: the Delite full suspension w/ dual Bosch battery Gates belt and Nuvinci hub, the Charger with many different model options, the Load full suspension cargo bike with double battery option, the Packster eCargo bike with narrow profile and double battery option, and the Nevo step thru with frame integrated battery.

Bosch Electric Mountain Bike Races & New Purion Display 

Claudia Wasko from Bosch eBike Systems talks about their 2017 Sea Otter Classic electric mountain bike race and the new Bosch/Troy Lee Designs Boogaloo electric mountain bike races at Snow Summit, CA July 23 and Mammoth Mountain, CA September 16.  More information at www.TLDBoschBoogaloo.com.
