Customers like the performance of the lock. They mention that the skewers work well, the seat-clamp was a bit hard to put on, and all the other pinhead part swaps work.

"These are very easy to install, and work as expected...." Read more
"Everything installs pretty easily and seems like it will work. Haven't really risked parking it anywhere too exciting...." Read more
"...on these as my sole line in security, but as an extra deterrent they work well. I use them with a 7 foot Kryptoflex cable and Kryptonite Evo Mini...." Read more
Customers find the installation of the lock to be easy. They mention that the tool used to tighten the nuts down is simple to use. However, some customers feel the installation process is time consuming and difficult. Overall, most are satisfied with the ease of installation and recommend the product to others.
"...But, this makes it a lot harder, time consuming, and generally a pain for one of the worst creatures around (besides tweakers) bike thieves...." Read more
"...The key is good and it's relatively easy to install them but even with the key I wouldn't want to try and take them off in a hurry...." Read more
"...Putting them on the bike was a breeze and the tool used to tighten the nuts down is simple to use...." Read more
"Incredibly easy install, the 4 pack set I got included the seatpost lock with the ring and spacers for different sized tubing...." Read more
Customers are satisfied with the idea of the lock. They mention that it is a good product, with room for easy improvements. Some say that it provides great piece of mind and that it works well.

"nice product. works, still have wheels, seat and stem on my street bike" Read more

"...The headset cap fits 1 1/8 headtubes, the skewers are universal, they fit my 700c road bike no problem...." Read more
"Love the skewers for the wheels. My bicycle has a different stem for the handlebars as well as a different seat post, so those bolts do not fit...." Read more
"Awesome skewer set, bring true of mind, and at a good value! but please make the key just a little smaller..." Read more
Customers are mixed about the quality of the lock. Some mention that it feels safer from theft, and is a smart way to protect your bike from wheel, seat, and handlebar theft. However, others say that the way the clamp is constructed is shaky, and the key is not heavy duty enough. The front skewer was dangerously loose after a week of heavy commute use, and there was no leverage to tighten or loosen the item easily.
"...Keep in mind, it has a seat post lock to replace a quick release setup but not a seat lock so you might come back to just a seat post if the thief..." Read more
"I very much like having the locking wheel skewers, and the headset lock is a good addition to that..." Read more
"...The key is good and it's relatively easy to install them but even with the key I wouldn't want to try and take them off in a hurry...." Read more

Customers are mixed about the value of the lock. Some mention it's well worth the price and a great insurance investment, while others say it'd be better off buying a different lock.
"...All and all, it's a great insurance investment." Read more
"Expensive, but quality is worth it." Read more
"...receiving the wheel locks I can see that they are well made and worth the cost...." Read more
"...be more than 1 key included, and at $20 USD for another spare, it's pricey!" Read more
Customers are dissatisfied with the fit of the lock. They mention that the seat post saver doesn't really fit, the rear skewer fits shorter than the others on their bike, and the seat lock didn't fit their bike. Some complain that the lock is somewhat large and ugly, and that the rear wheel skew was just barely long enough for their bike and the pin was too short.
"...well with this, but that's really overpriced and potentially not compatible with your bike..." Read more
"...The only complaint I have is that the seat post lock is somewhat large and ugly, but if you look at the design, I guess there's no other way to..." Read more
"...It’s too short to get any really good torq. It should be an inch or two longer so the user can actually hold it when tightening the heads...." Read more
"...The seat post is a larger diameter than the "lock" is designed for so it was difficult to get it over the post...." Read more

My complaint is that the seat lock has very mixed compatibility: It replaces the bolt in your seat clamp, but requires that the bolt hole be sufficiently large. You also need enough flat(ish) space on either side for the ends to sit. You can get a special seat clamp that works well with this, but that's really overpriced and potentially not compatible with your bike (eg, if you have your brake cable hanger on the seat clamp).
With that being said, quality appears well made. Parts have no gotten loose on me yet. The only complaint I have is that the seat post lock is somewhat large and ugly, but if you look at the design, I guess there's no other way to implement their locking system without it being so ugly. Better to have piece of mind and live with ugliness than worry about missing seats I guess.
All and all, it's a great insurance investment.
The seat post is the big failure in this system. I’m 165lbs / 5’11”. And I tighten the pinhead until it couldn’t budge. It dropped me 4” on the shaft when I hit a bump.
Easy fix would be if the Pinhead collar had a lever to get that final synch in. Or if the handle on the key was longer so I could get more than one palm knuckle on it to tighten more.
All the other pinhead part swaps work well. And although there are two tools that can be used to use as make shift keys, they are a huge pain in the ass which is a good deterrent for would be casual thieves.
If they made the key handle a little longer and gave the seat post collar a lever for final tightening under the Pinhead I would’ve given this product 5 stars.

Gesamteindruck also durchaus positiv.
Wish I’d bought a spare key.
