The 2015 electric bikes are starting to roll out!
OHM Cycles just announced their new and improved 2015 Sport XS750 multi-purpose trail bike.
It features the new 500 watt BionX D Series rear hub motor that has 250% more power than the BionX P and S Series motors.
Their new 48V 11.6ah (555 watt hour) lithium battery is mounted low and in the center of the frame for balanced weight distribution.
OHM Cycles is using a hydroformed aluminum frame along with the relatively new 27.5″ wheel size for improved rolling efficiency.
Michael DeVisser, CEO of OHM said “We’re excited about the improvements to this model— it has been redesigned with a stronger yet lightweight hydroformed frame, a more streamlined centre-mounted battery and a more powerful motor. We’re calling it a ‘high performance thrill seeker.’“
