Commute By Bike: For all things related to bike commuting, electric or not.
Electric-Bikes: This site has a bunch of good e-bike info as well as info on other light electric vehicles (LEV’s) such as electric mini-scooters, e-scooters, e-motorcycles, e-pedicabs, neighborhood electric vehicles.
Electric Bike Experts: Great site for e-bike riders in the UK; lots of info.
Engadget: If you are into gadgets you could get lost in this site. They usually have some posts about e-bikes.
Light Electric Vehicle Association: LEVA represents the strategic interests of light electric vehicle retailers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers and suppliers to promote the development, sale, and use of LEVs worldwide
Treehugger: Their transportation section usually has some cool article about e-bikes and traditional bikes.
